I am extremely disappointed with LDV Cranbourne’s lack of responsibility and customer care. I purchased a brand-new LDV Terron 9, which had a faulty reversing camera from day one. I was told at delivery that it would be a quick fix. It has now been nearly two months, and the issue is still unresolved due to unavailable parts. LDV Casey – Extremely Disappointing Service Experience We operate multiple LDV vehicles across our fleet and recently tried to book several in for service — one in particular with a power steering issue that needed prompt attention. For three days I have been trying to organise getting my car repaired and for three days I have been told that someone will call me back and not once has anyone called me back this is absolutely unacceptable and I will keep until this gets resolved immediately NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!
