LDV Casey – Extremely Disappointing Service Experience We operate multiple LDV vehicles across our fleet and recently tried to book several in for service — one in particular with a power steering issue that needed prompt attention. For three days I have been trying to organise getting my car repaired and for three days I have been told that someone will call me back and not once has anyone called me back this is absolutely unacceptable and I will keep until this gets resolved immediately NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!
Easy to work with and get a deal together. Straightforward, no nonsense or typical car yard carry on. We had 2 outstanding professionals which made the entire experience 5⭐, 'Sam' the Business Manager and 'Andrea' the Delivery Manager, both are absolute superstars, professionals and such great people.
Terrible Experience – Would Give Zero Stars if I Could Absolutely appalling service from LDV Casey. My partner’s car (purchased NEW in 2024) was towed to them TWO WEEKS AGO under warranty. We were told they would assess it within 48 hours to determine if it was a warranty issue and begin the loan car application process. Not only did they fail to meet the 48-hour promise, but they also messed up the loan car application — resulting in a rejection that now has to be chased up by head office.
