Very easy to talk to. He listens and knows his stuff. He's very understanding.
Very detailed. Let me know what was going on with my shoulder. Showed me the photos/scans and explained everything to me as he went through the scans. He answered all my questions and described in great detail what to expect before and after surgery. Excellent bed side manners as well!!
