My 12V battery died. I brought it in to check to see if the problem was with the charging software, hardware or the battery. They found that it was the battery and replaced it. The car has been fine since. The battery was still under warranty so there was no charge for he work.
Brought my vehicle in for my scheduled courtesy oil change and was offered a complimentary wash and vacuuming. I accepted and was warned it would take a bit longer with that add on, I accepted. I was there for close to an hour and a half. When I walked out to my vehicle I noticed the tires had been wiped but the car had clearly not been washed or vacuumed.
