Great experience
I had a very personable and professional experience with the service department. Walked in without an appointment due to an issue created by an oil change company. The Kia service department resolved the issue and gave me an estimate on potential repairs and took care of all my recall issues.
My wife drove our 2025 Carnival Hybrid from East Tennessee to Poquoson VA to pick up granddaughters for a Disney trip. During the trip North, apparently the oil pan drain plug backed out starting a drip. The next day in VA, my daughter noticed a large oil spot under the vehicle. I had it towed to Casey Kia for service to figure out what happened. Casey stated the engine had less than a quart of oil in it. They also said they found metal in the oil pan. I would never in life get my vehicle service here again! Marcus stacks was my “service advisor” & he made sure my entire experience was about money. Very rude when dealing warranty company and myself. Informed that they “ HAVE TO MARK UP PRICES TO MAKE A PROFIT”.. when I requested management, he told me they won’t be able to help me by him & other staff members was supposed to deliver the message.. never spoke to management.
