Started with being greeted by someone with nails so long there's no way they're 'clean' (can't handle typing paper, what about toilet?), and they handled everything before she handed it to me. Disgusting 3 inch, unusable nails. Room was very dated, smelled, AC/Heat didn't work so we had to get space heaters. Bathroom didn't even have a vanity in it! Nowhere to set my stuff. We rate Casey Key Resort as a 5. We enjoyed our time together there, it was very relaxing. Chef Rolf made excellent breakfasts. Our server, Doreen, became our new friend. She was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.
Clean comfortable room. Super friendly staff. Only thing missing was hand lotion. Location is great for getting to the local beaches.
Very clean, cozy. Comfy bed. They got split system AC, which is very quiet.
