Was disappointed about the way this facility treated me every time I had labs and wanted to ask about them- was told I have to book another visit otherwise no explanation, protocol not clearly explained and when talking to the office staff they seemed very disorganized- tried to give many chances to end up nowhere other then a lot of money spent on forced appointments to get any answers which did not end up helping my symptoms in the end- very disappointing
Dr Casey is a fantastic dr. She is extremely knowledgeable and is constantly researching new treatments and testing. She has empathy and compassion for her patients which is rare in the medical world these days. Her staff is wonderful and helpful. I highly recommend her to everyone seeking answers and healing.
Dr Casey Kelley and the staff at Case Integrative Health are excellent! I suffer from Lyme Disease + co-infections and Dr Kelley brought me to remission after years of trying to battle it on my own. With her guidance I am able to manage my disease and live in harmony with it. However, I recently had some life events that threw me into a Lyme flare and I came back to Chicago to see Dr Kelley again.
