I called to see if Dr. Casey was taking new patients: not only was the receptionist incredibly nice, but I got in to see Dr. Casey in three days. When I got to the office, it was extremely clean and welcoming. Again, the receptionists were extremely nice. I wasn't even through the first page of paperwork when the nurse called me back.
