The doctor himself is OK. He is helpful however communicating with South Shore Hospital and his office has been pure torture. I have insurance. I had an MRI 10 days ago. No one‘s followed up. I’ve left messages multiple messages only to get a phone call today from somebody that’s covering the Voice Mail , Saying that someone would reach out to schedule a follow up appointment. Yes, someone reached out from an alternate doctors office that had no idea who I was and had no idea about my MRI.
I have been to Dr Casey O’Donnell at the pain clinic many times for different issues. He has been very knowledgeable and kind. I have so much less pain since going to him. I would highly recommend him.
I have been going to Dr. O'Donnell for many years. He is always respectful and empathetic to what's going on. He listens over your concerns and addresses all issues. He explains all that is going on and spends time to make sure you understand. Asks multiple times if you have any questions. Would recommend him to everyone
I had an extremely negative experience!! He put his vacation in front of patient care. Here’s a doctor who cares more about himself than his patients. His assistant Debbie is rude, condescending, and very unfriendly. I would never recommend this doctor!!
