I would not use Teri Gilnack or Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties again for leasing services. In my experience, I paid a leasing fee but still handled much of the marketing, lease preparation, and tenant coordination myself. I also had difficulty obtaining complete leasing and move-in documentation, and some records I received were incomplete or missing signatures. I wouldn’t recommend using this agent to sell my DOGS house. She’s completely disconnected from reality, and it’s unbelievable. Save yourself the trouble and find someone who can be professional. Lisa will only waste your time. .
