Dennis is absolutely amazing-he truly cares. He is thoughtful and sincere - he took care of everything when my Mom passed away (which was over 3 years ago - but I just now noticed that I am able to leave a review). Both my mother and father were buried from this funeral home. They'd prepared in advance for their funerals and so when the time came, all that was necessary was simply to get them transported back to town. We lived in Grand Rapids, Mi. at the time dad passed and these gentlemen took care of everything for my mother and I. I only made one phone call and they completely took over the situation within the hour. They did the same when mom passed seven years later in Buffalo.
