I had a Trend brand, sliding door and a window replaced under warranty. Casey glass were the contractors and after having informed me on the day of the first appt that they weren’t going to get here, due to another job taking longer than anticipated, they arrived on time for the second appt and I found them to be professional, efficient and respectful.
Casey Glass was engaged by Trend Windows to replace faulty windows under warranty, but their workmanship and communication were terrible. They canceled their first appointment on the day (apparently they were "short a team," despite confirming the day before). This forced me to rearrange my work schedule and take additional unpaid leave to accommodate their rescheduling. When they finally attended, the installation was shonky as!
