Casey Gate Medical has provided me exceptional service over the last few years, also Reina the receptionist is nothing short of lovely, and all the doctors have assisted me with my medical needs and I have always left feeling satisfied with the service provided.
As a practice manager myself , I have been attending this clinic for years and have not once encountered any problems or issues with front desk or any of the doctors. Dr Azizi has been looking after me and my children for numerous years and has always treated me with utmost professionalism & care. They are very accommodating & have always sqeezed me and my kids in for emergencies too even when they have been fully booked. I have no complaints whatsoever. I am basing my review solely on the receptionists and doctor daming chi, I’ve been seeing doctor chi for the past 5-6 years, he has always been amazing at addressing my concerns & helping me keep on top of my health, the most supportive doctor I have ever had, my children adore him too. The receptionists have always been really great, managing to book me or my children in at last minute, the nurse there is extremely lovely , she’s so sweet.
