caring, finds solutions to your problem. the staff is also great
Terrible customer service, doesn’t answer the phone, doesn’t return voicemails, cannot find faxed documents that have been sent many times, cancels appointments that you’ve scheduled 6 weeks ago, doesn’t explain anything.
I am grateful to have found Dr Fisher and his staff. I have chronic back pain from degenerative disks, and a fractured spine from an accident. They have made my life more pain free and with phone visits it's pretty hassle free. I have to put in a great word in for Katie. She listens to my issues and has advised me well. Thanks, Richard
Doctor Fisher has been a great asset to controlling my pain. Although the IFR'S are not a cure they have contributed to lowering my overall pain. His staff has been great regarding follow up on visits and refilling meds.
Very problematic issues. His PA told me that they had no records that showed me taking certain meds. When I I formed her that I had been contacted by the pharmacy she said it didnt come from them? Then said there are so many providers in the practice she did not know who? Asked me what meds I was taking? When i told her she said records didn't say that and suggested that there were probably some internal miscommunications? In either case she became curt and dismissive!
