Great experience with Dr. Genevieve Casey today. She was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. I felt listened to and comfortable throughout.
Had a confirmation text message on Tuesday regarding my 9 am appointment today, to which I replied with a yes . I attend said appointment at the right time at the right venue. It’s in darkness. No one there. I call the number and the receptionist says ‘oh, that practitioner left. We cancelled all of those appointments’. Ah well no you obviously didn’t. Annoyed as I had to forgo other appointments to make to this one. Just do better I guess is my recommendation.
Dr Sandeep Kumar is the best dermatologist and human being with great sense of humour...with a lot of experience he directed me to right treatment... highly recommended to this clinic specially Sandeep kumar ❤
