Had an amazing experience right from the start, all the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Dr Casey and his team are exceptional. Special mention to Dr My-Duyen Nguyen-Thi her after care and appointments were fantastic such a caring person with a wealth of knowledge as to how my teeth should look. Absolutely cannot fault the team. My only regret is not getting it done sooner. Would I do it again? Absolutely YES! Thank you Casey Dental Townsville
Dr Susan was incredible! She has exceptional attention to detail and made me feel as ease through my entire Invisalign process. I would highly recommend this dentist if you want exceptional results.
Disappointed. Poor experience. I used Case Dentists 'text us' feature on 11 July where I received a response to confirm the date I had suggested. I sent a response immediately but then did not hear from them for 11 DAYS. I followed up this morning to ask if the appointment had been booked as I had not received a confirmation.
