We purchased a jet ski and were never informed of a manufacturer incentive of $750 off price or 2 year extended warranty. When we discovered this and approached the dealership (Cycle City) we were told that was a manufacturer to dealer incentive - not a manufacturer to buyer as advertised on the manufacturer website and that cycle City used this incentive in their negotiations on the price with us. My advise - if you deal with Cycle city you had better have done a LOT of research beforehand.

I was on my way back to Michigan but my Goldwing died. Towed it back to Cycle City. When I arrived, one of the service staff came Kruger out with a voltage meter and determined it was the alternator. They hunted for a part and found one in Florida. It was shipped overnight and came in around 11:00 am. I received a call from them at a little after twelve that the bike was ready!!! Excellent staff. Always my go to place for my jetski and Cam - Am XMR repairs and service needs. The guys are very nice and knowledgeable. They will tell you that it will take a week or two of fix ya stuff.. always ends up being a day or two.. so it’s very nice and fair prices.
