TWO HOUR WAIT AND STILL NO NURSE PRACTITIONER! STAFF OVERHEARD ME EXPLAINING TO MY CHILD WHY WERE WAITING AND WAITING, SHE WAS GROUCHY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED 2 OTHERS WERE IN FRONT OF US. AT 2 HOURS PAST APPT TIME I LEFT, $45 POORER AND STILL WITHOUT MY HEART MED
