The new staff at Casey Corners have been wonderful —they’ve really stepped up and worked together to address issues I had when I first moved in. Every concern I raised was handled promptly and professionally. The location is fantastic, and the neighborhood is just what I was looking for.

Casey Corner was an amazing experience for me and my family. We needed a temporary place to stay while our house was being completed. They worked with us and provided amazing service. As we were the very first people to live in our unit and one of the first in the complex as a hole of course there were a few things that had not arrived yet but they were very quick at responding to everything. The space was amazing and supplied everything we needed for a family of 5 !! I would recommend living here to anyone!
My experience with Casey Corner Townhomes has been absolutely horrible. The leasing application process was filled with anxiety and tension. From being told the company was $5M in debt and to be thankful they at least installed cabinetry and countertops, to being told every employee was too busy to answer simple questions like “will there be a resident portal for online payments?”, to moving in with no trash services provided, broken A/c system, no washer and dryer… the list goes on. Terrible service and experience. The property was handed over to us with no trash and recycling bins, no washer and dryer, sink disposal not working, exhaust fan in the half bath not working, fire extinguishers were not provided, the painting is so poorly done for a place being announced as luxury (attached photos), there are spills and patches everywhere. It's been 21 days since we moved, and still don't have none of the above fixed or provided. We are having to pay for waste disposal and for laundry, and I do not have an a... read more
