When I first got BCBS, I went to Dr. Casey Cochran at St Mary’s Family Medicine North. At the establishing care appointment, he was awesome and I even told my extended family that he was accepting new patients. After that, there was a complete and total lack of communication from his office. Unable to even get an answer on the phone many times, and call backs were sporadic if they happened. I am so glad that he is my Dr. I feel like this Dr. really cares about my well being. I asked him not to ever leave Enid! A very caring man!
He was a great dr and all, but today wasn’t great. Waited an hour to get in for a 3min appointment. I had gotten OFF ozempic and contacted my OBGYN for something to treat my pcos so I can have kids in the future. Since I had gotten off the ozempic I needed something for my pcos. I have insulin resistance and hormone imbalance due to pcos and normally it’s treated with metformin or actos but can not be combined with ozempic because it can make your blood sugar too low. Dr.Cochran is amazing, I’ve dealt with a few dr’s in my life and haven’t felt like any of them really listened or cared. Dr Cochran does and he will figure out what’s going on in a timely manner. He won’t give you a run around or chalk it up to whatever. He cares about what’s goin on and you leave feeling like he cares. He’s the best in my book!
