I showed up for my new patient appointment " on time " after receiving numerous reminders, only to find a packed waiting room. When I asked about the wait, the receptionist said everyone there was ahead of me. I left after being told, “Sorry, that’s how it is.” Won’t be coming back. If they can't be on time for a " new patient " imagine how it'll be on future visits. Dr. Casey is very caring and concerned with helping patients find solutions instead of farming them for co-pays like other chiropractors I have used. I will continue to use.
