Just recently traded in my Cadillac to buy a car from Chevy, which was a wonderful process and I love my vehicle and all the people who helped. Now when it came time to take it into the service department that’s when things took a crazy turn. I was used to the amazing service department at suttle and this was an incredible eye opener of they are not at all professional or helpful. Very friendly and welcoming staff at Casey Chevrolet service center. David kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and let me know what I needed to keep my car in good condition. Also offered a great deal on tires. Just like the commercial says- Casey is the only name you need to know. Thanks again and I will definitely refer friends and family.
