I needed to go to my local agents office which was an hour from my home. The hours of operation and the address were found on the website, Monday through Friday 8 to 4:30. so I went only to find that that location, after I've driven an hour, had been moved in June (today's date is October 2nd Monday) across town. The website had not been updated. So I drove across cross town and I found a sign in the window that said come on in we're open! yet the door was locked and I could see nobody inside!
