We have done business with the Casey family for a long time,and have been more than satisfied with the service to our cars. They are reliable, considerate, and all work was done in a timely manner. We would highly recommend that you have your vehicles repaired by the great team that work there.
Used to go here for reg maintenance... Then saw there ad for brakes for 49 bucks I called because it sounded cheap ... Asked if it covered just front brakes new pads and cutting rotors....after going there wasting there and my time 2 hrs they wanted $ 280 for just front brakes pads and cutting rotors ... They had to put it all back together and I went down the street and paid $ 230 for same thing I would have paid the $ 280 I had done business with them before.... Not satisfied – They didn't fix the noise my car was making but still charged me. I had never heard of a place that does that. They don't seem to care about customer satisfaction and don't guarantee their work. No customer serivice skills at all.
Not Trustworthy – DO NOT GO HERE! My car needed to be realigned, so I decided to give Caseys a shot. I dropped my car off and they said they would call me with a quote before they started any work. When they called back, they quoted me for a bunch of other "recommended repairs" totaling around $900 included new breaks and break pads, which I had replaced not even three months prior. Casey Automotive Service Center - Awesome Service! – The most courteous and thorough service that I have ever received at an auto service center, or any other business for that matter. Their bedside manner is excellent, and they seem to be able to explain things so that one can understand them. Provided me with a free courtesy car, called a competitor on my behalf in regards to my vehicle, and the invoice total came out over $100.00 less than the original estimate! Awesome service! Happy Customer – I have been bringing my cars in since before they remodeled and have always been greeted with friendly and professional staff. While I wait I have a very nice TV to watch, a complimentary cup of JAVA and a place to work on my laptop to catch up on my e-mails if need be. The service on my vehicle has always been very satisfactory and never too expensive. I would recommend them to anyone.
