Great service, knowledgeable mechanics, Reasonable prices and good diagnostics. In an emergency situation Casey automotive have never in the last 20+ years not extended my family help. I personally give the business and it's employees FIVE Stars
RecommendedSuper shady place. Told me I needed front break pads and rotors as well as rear pads and rotors. Took it to another place and found out the fronts were not only fine but still had more than half the life left.

BEWARE OF CASEY'S IN ELGIN 1170 N. McLean I went to casey's on 10/11/13 because i was smelling antifreeze and my car wasn't heating properly. I was told i needed a coolant outlet housing (89.95)and a oil sending unit(29.95) which is a total of 119.90 ,then they charged me 179.95 for putting the housing unit on plus 20.00 for refilling my coolant then another 49.95 for putting in the oil sending unit plus shop supplies 15.25 (whatever that is?) Muffler Repair I came in needing what I thought was a muffler replacement. I was told my muffler looked pretty bad but probably wasn't the problem. They told me I could 1)replace everything from the block back, 2)replace the muffler, or 3) have them graft in a fresh piece of connector pipe in front of the muffler and that would probably solve my problem.I went with the pipe for $90 and 30 minutes of wait and was back on the road.
