They are always very responsive and have a great reporting system for work done. I highly recommend Casey’s Arlington Heights.
Casey automotive was my trusted auto service and Repair for over three years. I would send my car my wife’s and my mom’s. This week my mom went in with a radiator leak and was told she had an urgent need to replace her battery for $550. She asked if she could wait till I got home to take a look at it and they told her it was urgent and could leave her stranded at any second. Great job
overpriced mechanic using subpar parts. nothing but problems and headaches with this location. They take 3 days to do brakes and took 7 days to do a timing chain. The rear shocks they repaired for me failed after 8 months. The brand of shocks they use is FCS. I googled this brand and found out they are used by mechanics as a short term fix and usually fail very quickly. I guess they think it’s ok to use crappy parts.
