I’m writing this review because on Saturday, I brought my iPhone 15 Pro Max to get fixed. The guy working that day was very nice and told me he’d give me a free screen protector. He also said the phone would be fixed by Monday. I paid him half the money upfront and told him I’d pay the rest when I picked up the phone. When I went to pick it up, there was a different guy working, and he was rude. He gave me the phone, but only the screen was fixed—not the back.
