I went to CaseMogul today with a very broken phone - it wouldn't switch on. Karl was there and very quickly and skillfully opened up the phone and reattached all the components. In fact, he did this while helping other customers with a screen repair and case sale at the same time. Karl was very knowledgeable and efficient.
