I had a sudden unfortunate event happen with my I-Phone and the screen wasn't acknowledging any touch. I couldn't do anything with it, couldn't even turn it off. Took it to CaseMogul and the Manager Vinh Vo had it running and back to normal in two minutes or less. He was fantastic. I tried to pay him for this 'life saving' service but he wouldn't accept money. Such wonderfully refreshing customer service in a world that seems to be full of greed and corruption.
