We've used Casello as a Handyman for a few jobs around our house. First job was a window replacement. They came out to quote us, found us the least expensive way to replace the window, and had a crew of two men come out to replace the window the day after it arrived. The whole ordeal took less than two weeks from quote to installation. One of the worst customer services I’ve ever had the misfortune to experience. The guys that came to do the job were knowledgable & polite. When I had a few questions about the dimmers (that weren’t installed), the owner called and screamed at me. He bashed my builder and yelled at me for questioning him. He did this again after I called about the bill. Prior to arriving, we were given an estimate of approx 4hrs to do 2 chandeliers, a ceiling and 12 dimmers.
