I searched for a long time for a log set, and found Caselli Hearth and Stone. Once I made my decision to go with them, I was in constant contact with Joe. He kept me up to date with the delivery and expected time of installation. The guys who installed the log set were officiant and clean. Most of all, my wife loves the log set and remote control. To Joe, Joe, Jeff, Andrew and Jayden, the entire team was amazing and if I could give 10 stars I would. From the beginning to the finished product, I couldn't be more happy, ecstatic is more like it. Joe knew I was very hesitant to have a demo and rebuild, and I am sorry I waited as long as I did, but it was the best decision. He walked me through the entire process. I am grateful and thankful to each person who created my dream fireplace. Great Job!
Expert, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, well-organized, efficient, honest & transparent. Excellent communication, attention to detail & clean-up. I had an unusual request for a log burner that required an outside chimney. It was a complicated & difficult job. Caselli went above and beyond using problem solving to accommodate my request. I now have a wonderful log burner in my living room.
10/10 would recommend Caselli! From start to finish, they made the process of converting my old wood burning fireplace into a Gorgeous gas one super easy. Joe was very communicative every step of the way. He even recommended a great masonry company to fix my chimney beforehand. The install went smoothly and was done in just one day. After a failed installation by my contractor, Joe and his team stepped up and got our fireplace installed properly. These guys are the real deal.
