Worst possible customer service with the call agents. Delivery guys are always helpful & kind. Maybe those pencil pushers need to get some fresh air.
Wish I could do zero stars. They hide fees like a credit card company. I never thought I would be having a discussion about inactivity fees and service charges on top of paying for the removal fee and then having to prepay for the entire dumpster and trying to get a refund after there was less tonnage than estimated. Plus the drivers will drive over septic systems and Casella just does not care.
Good luck trying to speak to a person. The first thing they tell me is my call is very important. Then they put me on hold for over 30 minutes. While I'm waiting they tell me they have outstanding customer service. I hate it when someone pisses on my leg and tells me it's raining
My trash is constantly overflowing! Everytime I call I get put on hold.
Saw the other reviews and was a little nervous about showing up for our first time with trash. Jeremy and Marcus were polite, helpful and informative. Will return with our next load soon. Thanks guys
