Would give zero if I could. They are impossible to get in touch with. Always an issue. The drivers are beyond inconsiderate and leave our barrels in the middle of the road. ALWAYS. Customer service is also horrific. The increase in prices just happens as an unpleasant surprise every few months. TRYING to cancel, but can’t get in contact with anyone to do so. Quite literally the worst company to deal with. Do better!
Terrible experience with this company, twice. Reviews speak for themselves, if you can’t score a 3 on google reviews, you’re doing something wrong. Used their service for the first 2 months of moving to our new home, was abysmal from the onset. Miscommunications on the types of bins we would be provided, what recycling would be picked up. Was told by one agent they would pick up barrels rented as well as barrels we owned……..fast forward a week or two I put out a full Cassella 96 gallon (or whatever those big bins carry) and ... read more
I have been trying to call and cancel my service for over 2 weeks but I can't spend several hours on hold! Answer your fing phone already!! Worst company ever!!
I’m very disappointed with the service from Casella. They completely missed a scheduled pickup and I was never given a clear explanation as to why. I had to wait another two weeks for the next scheduled pickup, which is unacceptable. I also never received a call back from the customer service manager, despite being told I would. In the meantime, my trash and recycling piled up and became a complete disaster. Animals got into the bags, making it even worse to deal with.
