Haven't had an issue since we started with Cassella a year or so ago. The barrels are placed right back where they are placed. No complaints

We have been satisfied with the service.... picking up on time, and respectful of property. Customer Service has also been helpful when I called
If you’re scrolling through reviews trying to find more up to date ones. Here it is, January 2025. I have to call weekly because they never come pick up the trash or recycling. I’m going on a month and a half… no pickup. Tomorrow will be the final call and last chance before cancelling the non existent “service”. My advise: Find an alternative service.
