We've used them for 4 years and they've been very reliable and also flexible when we've needed to change our trash pick-up week due to vacations. I only wish they picked up recycling more often.

I would like to thank the people at Casella Waste Systems for their hard work and dedication. I live in Nashua and the men who come into my community to pick up our trash each week are so very nice, pleasant if you are able to catch them just to say hello and thank you. They will always smile and wave if you are out there when you do. So thank you very much.

We hadn't been pick up in 3 weeks and it's not the 1st time this has happened. They have now gotten rid of their smaller trucks and can't service our area but it took 3 weeks of our calling and them saying they'd look into it and then us needing to call them back before they finally told us they won't service our street anymore. Their only solution is for us to schlep our garbage down the hill to the street below us (in the rain and through the winter? Thanks no, I have a disability and can't do that). We moved to Derry 2 years ago and set up trash pick up with Pinard. Great service, no issues. Then casella bought pinard (or at least this part of their service) and we've had nothing but struggles since Today we are on week 3 of no trash pick up (but they did grab the recycling?!?). I have been going round and round with various reps at casella and they can't seem to give me a straight answer, until today.
