I’m very disappointed with the service from Casella. They completely missed a scheduled pickup and I was never given a clear explanation as to why. I had to wait another two weeks for the next scheduled pickup, which is unacceptable. I also never received a call back from the customer service manager, despite being told I would. In the meantime, my trash and recycling piled up and became a complete disaster. Animals got into the bags, making it even worse to deal with. They miss me two times a month i was the first person to contract with them in this dead end street an they constantly do not take my trash we have two homes side by side and they always ignore the second home 2 accounts to lose on this street I just watched them back all the way to my first home and while I was bringing my work clothes in they disappeared I need something other than this Houdini outfit that sometimes takes the trash and sometimes doesn’t
