Started at 36$ a month FOR WEEKLY TRASH PICK UP, one week later they took an additional 10$. Picked up trash the first Friday...nothing on week 2, so I call because our agreement was weekly pickup. Gurl on the phone couldn't explain why they took an additional 10$, then told me it's okay that they missed my pickup and wanted me to keep it outside and just stack it I live in country, we have animals and bear but that escaped her mind. What a useless company. Said there were leaves in can and that isnt "household waste". Called for multiple locations when they fail to pickup trash missed muli weeks in a row takes a month for them do anything refuse to credit account. Dependable goes above and beyond as a company use them.
I am new to the community and the staff and drivers ate extremely helpful to educate me on all aspects of recycling. The are also very polite and courteous.
