After reading these reviews it makes sense to why I haven’t gotten return calls after first speaking to girl there. “ Just checking on a route for you” was the reason. 2 more more emails- nothing. I see they reply to each complaint ( over a year ago some reviews are) are yet here we are
So, I just made my 5th & FINAL call to request a dumpster @ my home. Business must be so good that you don't want any more! That's fine because there are several local, hardworking companies that would gladly take my money! I guess I'm better off because, judging from the other reviews, your service sucks!
Time that they close should say 300 pm went there today and the staff allowed me to come in and off load at 315pm. Staff always pleasant in a very rough environment. Need to do something about the mud and slug in the lots.
Overpriced, irregular schedule, doesn’t take responsibility when they’ve “missed” your house, calls the customer a liar then denies it. I’m going with a local company for half the price, that has no limit and never misses pickups.
