2023 I have been a customer for over 30 years, and they called me and said they are going to get bigger trucks and can no longer serve me. On the average they would miss 4 pickups a year, which means I was paying a quarter of the year for services I did not receive. If I could could give the 0 stars I would. They treat their customers bad. Take it from me I put up with them way to long. Look around for other trash removal companies, you will that me. 30 year customer throw in the TRASH....... .
My child and I were woken up at 3:30am to a guy making all kinds of noice emptying dumpsters, Johnson town sound ordnance is 5 am.
A few months ago I wrote you (Casella) about your dumpsters being emptied at 5:30 AM (summertime), and your driver relented to 7:00 AM. This morning at 4:30 AM (winter dark) you were again emptying your dumpster on Winter St. (Enough noise to wake up the dead) Is there no consideration for those who are asleep? Afraid someone will steal it if you don’t get to it early? As the resident in the White House says, “Common man!” Give us a break!
