As a Norwich resident, I scheduled a bulk pickup for the Aug. 3rd pickup- Spoke to Deb on 7/31 at 8:36am who told me I was all set and was told to have bulk trash out by 6am 8/3. Casella finally got to my neighborhood on 8/31- yes, a month of trash all over Norwich lawns. Unfortunately, I watched the truck pick up the pile from a neighbor's lawn and drive right by mine. Excellent. We have 2 trash cans and 1 recycle. Easy and convenient. Happy with their services.
Missed our bins and a couple of the neighbors yet Picked up every other bin on the street And they’re closed on the weekend and it’s Friday so they aren't open and I have full trash till whenever they decide to come pick it up next time. Do not recommend go with the other guys in your area Edit: again they missed pickup this is twice in a month definitely do not recommend worst service I have ever experienced
Terrible customer service very rude when you call them and difficult to deal with. Residential pick up has been fine but don't call if you have any issues.
