Used to be great, no longer reliable. Multiple acquisitions have changed how this business operates in many regions and they no longer reliably complete weekly pickups.
Impressed. Had an issue with a weekly pick up. Emailed them after hours on a Thursday, got an email around 9pm same day. Next morning got an explanation of what happened, and a quick resolution to the problem. Mistakes/misunderstandings happen, but i am impressed how quickly they resolved it. Thank you.
Celisa is awesome my account had issues due to a tech problem and a past account number being used instead of my current she was able to figure out the problem and make sure I had a pickup asap.
Went there on Christmas Eve with one small bag of residential garbage. There is no sign indicating a minimum fee or that all disposal is by weight only. If it had been, I would have tried elsewhere. The lady who works there was insisting I owe her $10. Not very friendly at all. The positive reviews seem to come from contractors, not residential.
