Completely disappointed. I put my compost out on Wednesday with my trash (as required in Hamilton—no compost, no trash pickup). The trash was collected, but the compost wasn’t. I called Wednesday night, Thursday, and Friday, and each time I was told it would be picked up the next day. Mark and Tony in Stoneham are the best! They have always gone above and beyond. We've been cleaning out and they never complain when we put an extra bag or two out which I really appreciate!
Debbie or Deborah in the sales department was absolutely horrible. No customer service skills whatsoever why you would be in a customer facing position if you don't like your job then find another one.
