Absolutely disappointing services. They missed my garbage pickup the previous week. I completely understand mistake happens and going into the long weekend, I can empathize. However, every time I speak to a representative I get their typical response of “someone will come by end of the day.” I called again this afternoon and I was told “the issue has been resolved.” I don’t how this can be when the garbage is yet to be picked up and is filled to the brim. Terrible
Horrible service unless you like waiting on hold for a minimum 30 mins to talk to someone, then being lied to about drop off and pick up days, not time….DAYS. I will never use Casella again and I’ll make sure to tell all the property managers and anyone else I know not to use them. Although they were in a decent price range for a 15 yd dumpster it just isn’t worth the aggravation if you’re trying to plan things based on drop off and pick up days.
The wrong recyclable truck (Same company)came by the other day He took my recyclable and the hundred dollar tote barrel that I had and threw it away. So I to call them. Another guy came by and said he had the same barrel would replace it the next day. So today I go outside and I see this filthy rotten barrel that they left here that I would never use.
