Forget about winter time if just a little snow is on the ground they won’t come in my driveway to get my trash. Raising prices every year without notification. And when you call to ask why the responds is everything has gone up. They don’t just raise a small Price. It’s usually between $5 and $7 a month

Had garbage pick up last week. The garbage truck back over my planter box that was four foot by two. The driver said nothing. I called. Supervisor called me back and asked what do you want. I sent all the pictures to him and receipts and he never called me back after that. I added pictures of the player box next to our home. The one up front was one foot smaller in width. I called to schedule a dumpster rental. I am a commercial contractor. Agent that answered my call transferred me to "Mike" because he handles the commercial scheduling. When transferred, I received a message from Mike's voicemail that said he would be out of the office until next week and to call him back next week to schedule. I then, hung up and called their office back and explained to the female scheduler that answered that I needed service this week.
