Cant pick up garbage weekly. Will not pick up large items even though they said they would. Go with Sunset or someone else.
When you speak with someone, they’re very pleasant. Problem is it takes 1-2 hours on hold to speak to an actual person. 3 times this year I’ve had to call in to have them update my payment method and email. Each time, they say they’ve done it and I’m all set. The following payment is again declined because they try the old card. I am then in jeopardy of them not picking up my trash again until I speak with someone to update my payment method. So far this year, the trash has not been collected on nine separate occasions. My husband has called to report the missed service; they say they will pick it up the next day, but that never happens. He has requested a credit for those weeks, but they have only granted credit for two. At times, the driver has lied, claiming the trash wasn't in front of the house—which wasn't true, as we have photos and videos as evidence. Don’t even risk your sanity. This company will not answer their phone. You will have to call them and wait on hold 30 to 40 minutes per time and by that 40 minute mark you’ll probably be ready to give up and switch services. It took five phone calls just to get my account number so I could login and pay the bill after months of trying to get a hold of them. Not dependable service!! Phone system is always busy!! They should charge their phone messages saying how great they service is!!!
