Don’t even risk your sanity. This company will not answer their phone. You will have to call them and wait on hold 30 to 40 minutes per time and by that 40 minute mark you’ll probably be ready to give up and switch services. It took five phone calls just to get my account number so I could login and pay the bill after months of trying to get a hold of them. Not dependable service!! Phone system is always busy!! They should charge their phone messages saying how great they service is!!!

Customer service is very slow. You have to wait 20+ minutes to talk to someone if you call. If you email or use their online form it takes a week or more for them to respond. The first response I got from email was just "let us know if this is still a problem", then it took another week to get a response from that. I emailed and called to get an old mattress picked up. Called in Mid February to have a chair picked up. Was told it would be two to three weeks. Called back in April, (after a 22 minute delay, the phone was finally answered) was told it would be about two more weeks. Tried calling again in May (multiple times), the phone was never answered. Tried calling again in June, no answer, so finally I had to give up. This added to the missed garbage pickups, forces me to give Casella the 1 Star rating, would not recommend.

It's taken me 4 calls and getting nowhere to get this stupid bin picked up. If this is how you treat people I can't imagine how you treat actual customers. No wonder it's a 1.9 on google. This is disgusting. I should be charging you guys storage fees at this point. Offered to drive the damn thing over to your facility and told "we'd rather you not do that." Well I'd rather it not be in my garage anymore. Who matters more, the land owner or the people denying their request to pick up their property?
