Really inconsistent. Sometimes they come around 7:00 am, sometimes it’s in the evening, sometimes it’s the next day, sometimes it’s the day after that. Meanwhile I have garbage sitting in my garage because my can is full, sitting by the road.
Terrible company with even worse customer service. Would never recommend this company.
Absolutely aweful service, it is a weekly battle to get our trash/recycling picked up. They get paid, yet they randomly decide if they are going to pick it up or not. When you call to complain they always have an excuse like the "location of the bins" or a "tree in the way". We have put our bins in the same exact spot for almost 3 years. -1000 out of 10. Would NOT EVER reccomend. Save yourself the hassle and the headache and go with a different company. Switching next month!
