Absolutely Horrible! I moved into my home 4 weeks ago and still have not had trash picked up. Have called 5+ times trying to get a service date and my trash picked up and nothing changes.
As a property owner in Niagara Falls im forced to pay for Casella trash service REGARDLESS. Even when my garbage bin disappeared from the front of my house the first week of January.... I was told Casella would not help me until I filled a police report, which i was able to do THAT DAY. It LITERALLY took DOZENS of phone calls to Casella.... PRACTICALLY DAILY.... I need to address an ongoing issue with how my garbage cans are being handled. For the past three weeks, your workers have been extremely rough with my bins. This is unacceptable if this continues, I’m eventually not going to have a usable garbage can. There is no reason for them to slam the cans down or throw them back onto the ground after emptying them. Garbage pickup is horrible. Will not take bags next to bin. Sometimes they skip it all together. As far as recycling its a crap shoot Sometimes they take it , Sometimes they don't. They also damage our bins and leave trash everywhere.
It has been almost 3 weeks since the arm on the truck threw our can into the truck and the driver knew it happened but couldn't bother to stop, we have called multiple times for a replacement and still nothing, I have video of this happening and they still haven't replaced our can, this is getting ridiculous and plus this past week they broke the lid on our recycle can and still cant get them to replace anything. I'm tired of piling all of our trash in our sun porch just to move it all to the curb on garbage day. Update...it... read more
