I'd give no stars if I could. The lack of customer service is ridiculous. Dispatch "sends a message" to drivers already on your street and they still don't pick up your garbage. Next contract negotiations I'm pushing Grand Island to go with Waste Management
Terrible customer service and billing practices. If you like spending hours on hold Casella is the company for you.
Would give them 0 stars if possible, I was on a hold for over an hour trying to get some help and see how I can order a new trash bin to our new house that I just moved into. No one picked up n I was on the phone over 1+Hr.
Its difficult to contact their customer service department. This has been an issue that I've had a number of times. This week I called 4 times. In one day.The first-time i held.on for 15 minutes before giving up. The second time I hung on for 17 minutes, the third time it was about 10inutea but I got someone and she was helpful. I had to call back the next day to give them a police report number. I hung on for 26 minutes. I called back later amd someone answered in about 5 minutes.
Casella has to be the worst garbage company in the world. They destroy garbage cans, throw out garbage cans (dump them straight into their trucks and drive off), refuse to pick up cans randomly, skip cans randomly, don’t answer phone calls, and don’t take any responsiblility for their actions. We have been having issues with them randomly for over a year now after living in our home for over 25 years and it’s like pulling teeth to get any help.
