So instead of picking up and providing a service this company rather avoid doing simple tasks such as picking up trash I have had to make multiple complaints to then see this week again the lovely workers they have employed avoid trash cans all because of parked vehicles on the street yet these big trucks can be in the lane hazards on a few houses down to pick up the trash cans that are on the side exactly where the other cans are that were avoided just because walking around a vehicle that’s parked on a city street is such ... read more

When I first got the service, they said I owed the old garbage service over $300...because I paid in cash and had a receipt from the receptionist at that time, I never saw fit to keep it because it was paid...I paid Casella because I needed the service (extortion). We had them for years, using "my own recycling and garbage cans", not the ones they provide upon request: they dropped off one of their recycling bins, which I did not request about 2-3 months before we moved. I don’t understand how hard it is to stop blocking my driveway with trash cans? Every week… it seems intentional. I know casella is capable of picking up the can, and placing it back down within 5 feet of where it was, not 10+ feet away

I'd give no stars if I could. The lack of customer service is ridiculous. Dispatch "sends a message" to drivers already on your street and they still don't pick up your garbage. Next contract negotiations I'm pushing Grand Island to go with Waste Management

Terrible customer service and billing practices. If you like spending hours on hold Casella is the company for you.
