Garbage pickup is horrible. Will not take bags next to bin. Sometimes they skip it all together. As far as recycling its a crap shoot Sometimes they take it , Sometimes they don't. They also damage our bins and leave trash everywhere.
It has been almost 3 weeks since the arm on the truck threw our can into the truck and the driver knew it happened but couldn't bother to stop, we have called multiple times for a replacement and still nothing, I have video of this happening and they still haven't replaced our can, this is getting ridiculous and plus this past week they broke the lid on our recycle can and still cant get them to replace anything. I'm tired of piling all of our trash in our sun porch just to move it all to the curb on garbage day. Update...it... read more
This is the most aggravating awful business that I have ever ran across..one star is way too much.. I give you -10. And I'm being generous. I am sick and tired of your drivers leaving my neighbors can in my driveway..there is such a tight turn coming in or out due to a telephone pole.. I'm sick and tired of having to get out of my vehicle to move it.. I had shoulder replacement surgery and this is hurting me pretty bad. Ran over my garbage can today and now the lid is all busted and cracked. Have video of them doing it to. Seems like there is no point in calling to get it fixed because, other reviews show they simply do not care at all. Wish we could have modern back.
I want to speak to the owner but was told I can’t. This place is the worst we should have stayed with modern. My garbage can blew away when we had high winds before I got home from work. I was only looking for the number on my bin so that I could locate it. Because I live in Niagara FallsThey forced me to call the police department and report it stolen….
