It has been almost 3 weeks since the arm on the truck threw our can into the truck and the driver knew it happened but couldn't bother to stop, we have called multiple times for a replacement and still nothing, I have video of this happening and they still haven't replaced our can, this is getting ridiculous and plus this past week they broke the lid on our recycle can and still cant get them to replace anything. I'm tired of piling all of our trash in our sun porch just to move it all to the curb on garbage day
So their truck came to pick up my garbage last week and the arm of the truck took my can and dumped right into the truck and pulled away! I won't even get into the fact that the driver absolutely seen this with his mirror and didn't stop. I have called 3 times over a week and I am still without a can!! The last call they tell me to just put my bags to the curb since I have no can and I am positive an animal will tear it open tonight! These people SUCK! I wish niagara falls would spend a little money and get a good contractor... read more
Garbage me constantly nit picking up trash. No excuse. Always neat and out the night before. Yet they don’t pick up my garbage. Even called and STILL no garbage pick up. Worst company ever.
I have been very impressed with the service Casella has provided since contracting with Niagara Falls for trash removal. The employees return cans without throwing them. Customer service representatives very polite and helpful. I called the city to see if an air-conditioner could be picked up and was told no, items need to be dropped on New Road. I called Casella and suprise they do pick them up along with many other electric items. Just not allowed in trash or recycling bins, place along side cans on pickup day. 3 extra ite... read more
