On 4/11/23 we called the customer support to find out why are trash wasn't picked up. They said it would be by the end of the day. Here it is now 9:51 at night. But still are trash wasn't picked up. This was after we contacted them on more then one occasion. But what gets me is they still want to get paid. Why should I pay them when they breached the contract. So I feel since they didn't pick it up for a week then the bill should be prorated. Considering I can't through nothing out due to my bins are full. Becarefull dealing... read more

We have had great service in our area. Driver always manages to make it up our roads and the road can get pretty nasty in the winter time. The carts are amazing and make it so much easier to store and take our trash down to the road. It also has helped with keeping the animals out of the garbage which has been an issue where we live. Thanks to our driver and everyone else who all make my trash and recycling go away ever week. Two weeks in a row garbage has not been collected. We paid for service and even called TODAY and was told they hadn't done our road YET and it would definitely be done, they STILL FAILED TO COME! Waste of money!
