Absolutely the worst. Trash doesn't even begin to describe this company.

Casella fails to pick up bins on on my entire street on a regular basis. Roughly every other month in the years since the town switched to Casella, I've had to sit and wait on the phone to remind them to pick up either trash or recycling. Many of my neighbors don't even bother recycling anymore. Often, after I call, they will come pick up my bin and neglect the rest of the houses on my street. I've never lived anywhere that has used a utility service that has been as consistently negligent as Casella.

Since the transition from Oceanside it's been a complete nightmare. Price increase and lack of communication. We have no idea what the holiday schedule is. Apparently the office was closed on New Year Day (Which is traditionally a holiday) yet they were still picking up trash (I was told it varies based on location) I did call and they made a trip out but this is just one of many issues.

Not impressed they upped their rates by 50% from previous month and didn't notify customers of rate increase!
