We've worked with capella for our household trash for the last year and a half. They are inconsistent with their pickup dates and we'll find any reason to not pick up your trash. Once they refuse to pick up our dumpster, because there was a half inch of snow in our driveway. They upcharge you for anything that isn't bagged household trash. All around terrible experience.I'll be driving my trash to the dump now
So I asked them to come pick up their dumpster because we’re moving. We don’t need it at our property anymore and they say the driveway was too icy so they haven’t dumped it in six weeks. we’re about to drag the dumpster out onto the main road and get it off our property . Trash everywhere and dumpster overflowing.
They illegally pick up dumpsters in residential areas at 4:30am after repeatedly being told not to by the police.
Absolutely the worst. Trash doesn't even begin to describe this company.
