I would give zero stars if possible, I have been using their roll off services for my construction project since October and probably 50% of the time the driver is complaining about something or doesn't follow the instructions, I have called multiple times to pay the bill or have a swap out completed to be on hold for 15 to 20 mins. Never got a call back once!! They claimed they'd call me back for a dumpster never did. I called 4 times
They are the most worthless garbage company there is. I mean it says s garbage removal so obviously they don't have the brightest people working for them but to just throw garbage around my yard then get an attitude with me like I'm in the wrong what a worthless customer service person and company
Our Casella driver went above and beyond to pick up our garbage last week. Our road had construction vehicles blocking the regular entrance to our street. Our driver figured out an alternate route to pick up our garbage which actually required backing up the truck! Super impressed and grateful! Well done!
