over the winter Casella missed my trash pick up two weeks in a row so I cancelled the service. I received a bill in the mail for a full month of service (they didn’t service my trash at all the entire month at that point). so I called and let them know I’m not paying for a service I didn’t receive. months later I get something in the mail that they sent a debt collection agency after me LOL for $40. unfortunately it’s my word against theirs so I will be paying just to end all of this nonsense but what a joke man. you’re bett... read more
Consistently charging us randomly extra fees, and there is ALWAYS garbage laying around our street from not only us but our neighbors as well. One week they didnt come and still charged us, only way our neighborhood would get a refund was to call and complain. The pickup people are also RUDE and dont give a crap about doing their job right. Today they didnt even take the one bin. Every time I've tried calling, I'm on hold for what seems like ever.
Charged me double for extra days and added on an extra day just another corporate trying to take your money even tried emailing and calling multiple times but they still pulled the money out of my account. Call anywhere else for a dumpster!
I would give zero stars if possible, I have been using their roll off services for my construction project since October and probably 50% of the time the driver is complaining about something or doesn't follow the instructions, I have called multiple times to pay the bill or have a swap out completed to be on hold for 15 to 20 mins.
