Giving a 1 star as 0 star is not available. When you pay for a service ahead of time and sign a contract, it is disappointing to wait all day for delivery just to get called that they’re busy and won’t be able to deliver after all. Then it takes over 45 minutes to get through to customer service. Incredibly disappointing would not recommend.
Horrible customer service
If I could do zero stars I would. Super expensive, unreliable, do not return calls, nor deliver what they promise. CSR’s just say anything to get you off the line. Mark Wright never had these issues. We have been waiting weeks for a locking dumpster….non available? We keep getting pushed back on a construction dumpster, it is slowing down our project and costing way too much. This company is a mess, Mark Wright never had these problems! Horrible customer service……
No surprise this company has 1.9 star reviews. My trash was SLIGHTLY open and they didn’t take it. TRASH company, you have one job and somehow manage to find a way not to do it. I’ve moved around quite a bit in my life and never experienced a trash company that doesn’t take the trash if it’s slightly ajar. Absolutely ridiculous! Hope a new company comes in so we can all go to them instead.
Been a Casella customer for several years, never had a problem with the driver entering or exiting the property. Last visit the driver drove his truck way off the edge of the pavement seriously damaging the yard and breaking the driveway along the edge. Casella refuses responsibility claiming the ground was soft and I should have warned them. No kidding the ground is soft in spring, that's why you don't drive on the lawn! Had the driver stayed completely on the driveway where he belonged this would not have happened.
