Went from being a great company to a terrible one as far as Trash Pick Up goes. They must have a problem keeping Drivers because the only thing consistent about their Pick Ups is not showing up on the scheduled day. If you don’t mind your Can being at the end of your driveway for days or blowing into your vehicles or down your street… then give um a try 🤣

This company needs to be shut down , or boycott. Horrible company that never responds back, over charged My Daughter for pickup after She moved. She called and sent email to cancel them out completely and they did not do it. They kept taking money automatic. They are charging Her for Sept the month She moved out of apt in Houlton to Bangor Me. For about six months Casella has had a contract with my town for residential WEEKLY garbage pickup. They collect it from my road once a month at best. Casella always has some stupid excuse, either "we had new driver this week", or "we just follow the route on our map", but after six months of excuses it is clear that they are lazy and just don't care about doing their jobs.
