The worst!! You literally can’t get anyone on the phone I’ve waited over a dozen times for 45 min+ and I’m a paying customer!!!
Worst experience with customer service ever.. I called about a billing issue was on hold 52 minutes and hung up on. called back and was on hold 34 minutes someone answered told them what I was calling about was told they were going to place me on hold and hung up. Called back was on hold 32 minutes spoke to someone about the bill. Everything she told me made no sense at all she told me the bill generated on the first was due on the first not in 30 days like the bill plainly stated due 30 day after invoice date. Terrible customer service. Nearly impossible to have anyone call you back or give you any answers about servicing of accounts. Failure to pick up and empty dumpsters and still are charging for the pickups. If you have any alternative source for your waste needs PLEASE do yourself a favor and don't use CASELLA or any of their subsidiaries.
I live at 200 Hancock St. Bangor and I would like to know why you guys have to pick up trash at 5:30am in the morning. I could see 7:00am or 8:00 in the morning 530 it’s crazy. And the guy sits out there and bang it five or six times you guys come to the area twice a week Monday and Thursday and I don’t hear them at all on Thursday
