They asked me if I wanted to swap out my dumpster for a bigger one so that the drivers didn’t have to come out my way so often no extra charge.Then charged me double the amount not to mention getting them to cancel was a pain. They would also not come on the pickup days and we would get and overfill almost every month.Would not recommend put your money elsewhere if you can.

Leaving a one star review because they keep messing up my invoicing and not picking up the trash despite having my CC#, cell phone, address, etc. Additionally they have randomly changed the day of pick up with zero notice twice. We are squared up on billing and yet nobody picks up. My wife and I have called and emailed for help, but we sit on hold and nobody picks up.

Terrible service. Does not follow their own service agreements. Dumpster service describes more than their business model.

Went from being a great company to a terrible one as far as Trash Pick Up goes. They must have a problem keeping Drivers because the only thing consistent about their Pick Ups is not showing up on the scheduled day. If you don’t mind your Can being at the end of your driveway for days or blowing into your vehicles or down your street… then give um a try 🤣
