Absolute great service always very patient when we leave cars in front of our dumpsters
I have tried to get ahold of a customer service representative and over 5 times have been on hold for over 45 minutes with no one answering. That's absolutely wild to me as a business, and very disappointing. At this point, I STILL have not spoken to anyone and can't get through, currently on hold even while leaving this review.
Cristy was very helpful and courteous. I've been very happy with my residential pick up service for many years and well as great customer service.
Always professional
Our drivers for both our weekly dumpster pick up and the recyclables are both professional, timely and always pleasant. If anything is dropped...they are there to pick up and leave our site just like they found it!
