They say they are open 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday but no one is answering the phone. Just left on hold and no way to leave a message. Very disappointing.
Absolute great service always very patient when we leave cars in front of our dumpsters
I have tried to get ahold of a customer service representative and over 5 times have been on hold for over 45 minutes with no one answering. That's absolutely wild to me as a business, and very disappointing. At this point, I STILL have not spoken to anyone and can't get through, currently on hold even while leaving this review.
Cristy was very helpful and courteous. I've been very happy with my residential pick up service for many years and well as great customer service.
