The guy at the counter didn't know that the contract with the village of Potsdam was changing, couldn't tell us when we'd stop needing the special Casella trash bags (of which they had none in stock), nor did he know if we could get reimbursed by returning any unused bags when the changeover does occur. The communication with village residents from both Casella and the village of Potsdam has been atrocious with this matter.

This company is incredibly rude. They constantly call us to complain about the direction the trash can is facing or other nonsense never requested from us. Meanwhile, my trash will sit on the curb until the next day or several days following its scheduled pickup. We are also careful to make sure things are nicely thrown away, and yet the drivers will neglect to dispose of all the trash. This company needs to do better. Amy “Winter” Orvis was the most kindhearted, sweetest, helpful representative i’ve had so far. Good communication, timely pickups and modern trucks that pick up cans remotely (which is the safest way and also good tor their workers backs).
