This company is incredibly rude. They constantly call us to complain about the direction the trash can is facing or other nonsense never requested from us. Meanwhile, my trash will sit on the curb until the next day or several days following its scheduled pickup. We are also careful to make sure things are nicely thrown away, and yet the drivers will neglect to dispose of all the trash. This company needs to do better. Amy “Winter” Orvis was the most kindhearted, sweetest, helpful representative i’ve had so far. I have been financially struggling due to a job loss & even though it happened in January of this year, i am still playing catch up ten months later. Good communication, timely pickups and modern trucks that pick up cans remotely (which is the safest way and also good tor their workers backs).
