Terrible service and customer service is non existent
What a nightmare... don't even think about using this company you will regret it!!!
These folks just do a very poor job at their business. They regularly go weeks without picking up the trash, even when it has a sticker and bills have been paid. Their customer service is disorganized and they are generally unresponsive. They seem nice enough, but they can’t take care of the basics. We are ending our relationship, and switching to drop off the trash at the dump ourselves. Id strongly, strongly recommend folks not to use Casella.
Consistent service but overpriced with service charges increasing randomly without explanation on bill.
If I could give less stars I would. I have been trying to get our dumpster exchanged for WEEKS. On hold for over 10 minutes every single time and I have not been able to get a hold of ANYONE. -5/10, DO NOT RECOMMEND.
