Not sure what I’m paying Casella for, because they won’t pick up my trash. After several phone calls back and forth, and no explanation why my house is being skipped, I still have 3 weeks worth of tagged trash rotting at the end of my driveway.
I really appreciate speaking with Binx today. You made a good decision when you hired her. She's got amazing communication and customer service skills. She is super patient, helpful and caring. Please promote her as soon as possible so she can help more people!
One of your garbage trucks woke me up at 3am today! There’s no reason to be performing trash removal at 3am in a residential area.
Sloppy and careless.
Absolutely awful. For 6 weeks they’ve ignored our trash, forcing us to call each time for pick up.
