I'm writing this while on hold trying to get anyone to answer the phone - it take 18 minutes for an agent to get on - she tells me that I need another department and sends me back to the main number ; I hit another number and get the "wrong department" and then I have to call again and I am 8 min in waiting for an answer - All and all it's been 47 minutes and I still don't have someone on the phone to request a pick up.
They randomly don't pick up my trash. They don't answer the phone. There is no customer service. Aweful company but they practically have a monopoly on trash pick up in this area
At least once every other month they forget to pick up my garbage. This is the second week in a row my garbage wasn’t picked up. I called twice last week and both times nobody answered the phone fo 30 minutes. I let last week ride because I only had one small bag of garbage. When I called to report it again today I’m holding the line for 20-30 minutes for someone to answer my call. this is god awful torture
Horrible experience. They dropped the ball at every turn and were incapable of communicating with ‘their team’. Do not do business with Casella, they will let you down.
