3+ year coustmer with every other week home pick up they have missed 8 of my last 9 pickups but yet pick up every 1 else on my street coustmer service no help unfortunately i have gave them plenty if opertunty to fix the issue and i am sick of calling with no result I am done with them
[1st Visit, Pickup, MAR 27, 2024] (appointment 07:00~15:00 / check-in 10:30 / door 10:40 / check-out 11:30) scale empty tractor & trailer —-> check-in & get a door at scale via intercom —-> park & wait for loading at the dock —-> scale loaded truck —-> paperwork at the office *** nice & professional guys working *** quick loading *** flexible appointment time
