The drivers who pick up trash on my street, appleton st laconia are lazy. They frequently miss trash cans, and today Thursday Aug 21 they knocked over my trash can full of trash and didnt even dump the trash they just left this big trash bin with trash spilling out. On top of that one of my jerk neighbors dumped cat litter all in my bin for some reason I am highly allergic to cats so I had to pick up with big bin full off trash wich was very very heavy, and put all the trash back inside of it and now I have no where to put m... read more

I never write these reviews but this pushed me over the edge , Ive had a 2yd dumpster with pinard for over 5 years and they were awesome! Never missed a pickup, until recently when i changed to casella… since November the service has been horrible I'm paying an extra 20 dollars a month and they don't dump it for a month at a time if I’m lucky with no notice of why it wasn't dumped and its supposed to be bi weekly, i called the office and pretty much got told tough luck its because your driveway or the town road isn’t sanded ... read more

Bad experience with this location! My dump trailer battery died on me! I asked for a jump ! The guy refuses to help! I'm Casella, customer for more than 10 years they always helped me into this in the other location. I had to unload 3 tons by hand ✋️ If someone else sees them helping others and records a video 📹. I'll pay $ 1000 for the images Thanks.

I have been a very satisfied customer of Casella Waste for over 20 years. Recently there was a glitch in the pick-up timing, so I notified Casella’s office. Both Liz and Kimberly were very professional, timely and overall outstanding in Customer Care. They solved the issue quickly!
