Terrible Experience I was a loyal residential customer for over 10 years, having been adopted by Casella Waste when they acquired Bestway Services. Service was acceptable for the most part until 2025.It was during 2025 that we began to notice that they were not servicing the 2yd dumpster the 2 times per month as agreed. We called and reported the problem and they would usually come the following week and dump the 3 weeks accumulation, then they would return the following week to dump 1 weeks accumulation. This company is horrible! Do not use them, they are extremely rude if they do not get their way. Always check your billing as they will say you did not pay and when you show proof you do not get credited and they will come without warning and take your dumpster after you have proved they over charged you.
Great experience calling to get information on the services! Christy P. Helped me out and validated everything we needed and called me back very quickly. She also setup our account fast and was able to get us started immediately. Only wish every service provider had a team like that.
This company sucks we had stuff stollen from our lot so we need to lock it they refuse to come when we are open and have not picked our trash up in three weeks i miss waste management Come to find out that thier driver is telling the company that our gates are locked when we are open and are gates are too thats unions for you nothing will be done
