Over priced terrible billing sys that loves to double charge and zero customer service 6 calls and over 2 hrs with no answer on phone cant even cancle because you cant get a person nor is there a simple link to cancle on site
It should not be this hard to pick up the god damn phone. Pathetic. Been trying to connect with a human for weeks.
Have tried multiple times to work it out with them can never get ahold of anyone. As I write this it has been a month sense they've picked up our trash. The driveway gets plowed and sanded the rwd mail truck has no issues coming down our drive nor fed ex, u.p.s, or even the propane delivery truck. This company just flat out ignores their customers and will leave you hanging making no attempts to do the right thing. They will however make sure they pull their money.
