Top notch friendly/professional customer service, responsiveness and communication skills from Kristi B. at the Casella Waste Team. We rented a 30 yard dumpster for a commercial solar job in Newport, ME. Kristi was 100% on top of scheduling and would even provide a courtesy email at the top of every month to check if the dumpster required servicing. Scheduled dumpster pick up and returns were on time and without issue. Will be reaching out to Kristi to use Casella's dumpster services on future projects in Maine. Thank you!
Horrible had them for approx 5 years. Delivered dirty dumpster at start of contract (have pics). Gave em another chance, they broke wheel on dumpster left it ( havepics). Holiday schedules are always an inconvenience. Driver has driven off edges of driveway and directly across lawn repeatedly (have pics). I finally mentioned to driver AARON he wanted to ramble how hard it is to drive the trucks ect... then AARON lied 2 weeks in a row and said our dumpster was blocked a supervisor drove out to see it unblocked, 3rd week they ... read more
This is specifically regarding my third phone call with Casella where Sarah B. helped me. She was an absolute champion. My previous two phone calls weren't exactly that great. Nobody seemed to really care. I was on hold forever, and when I was told (twice!) I would get a call back with pricing, nobody ever called. But today, with Sarah, all of that turned around. I’ve I’ve now dealt with Casella twice. Last year they came to flush a partial blockage in my drain. Yesterday they came to pump my septic. I cannot say enough good these about these people and the work they do. Every singe phone call to them has been answered by real, down to earth people. The ladies on the phone have been unbelievably nice and helpful. The guy came on the day that was scheduled and were done and gone before I even got home.
